The Two-Day Experience

Day 1 — Reconnect & Reflect

Focus on building personal awareness and insight. Participants engage in reflective exercises such as life and leadership mapping, personal values exploration, identity and strengths discovery, examining fears and resistance, identifying “gold flecks” from past experiences, and reframing challenges through a resilience lens. The day is designed to create deep clarity and self-understanding.

Day 2 — Realign, Redesign & Rise

Translates that insight into action. Participants define personal and professional priorities, design meaningful goals, and develop a 12-month personal strategy, breaking goals into quarterly actions and monthly accountability structures while building sustainable habits for follow-through. Each participant leaves with a Personal Values and Identity Map, clearer priorities, insight into internal barriers, a 12-Month Personal Strategy Blueprint, quarterly and monthly action plans, practical reflection tools, and a PKG Academy Clarity Workbook—ensuring the experience leads to real, lasting change rather than short-term inspiration.

About the Facilitator

The programme is led by Paul Kelly, founder of PKG Academy, who brings over 30 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, therapy, and personal development. His work spans corporate leadership development, coaching and NLP practice, hypnotherapy and behavioural change, resilience and wellbeing training, and university-level teaching and facilitation. This diverse background enables Paul to combine psychological depth with practical leadership insight, creating workshops that are both reflective and action-oriented.
